　　中国科学院院士陈凯先13日披露，复旦大学医学分子病毒学实验室和上海市疾病控制中心的两个P3实验室已成功分离了共计4株新冠病毒毒株，为抗病毒药物的筛选和活性评价提供了非常重要的条件。
　　在13日举行的上海市新冠肺炎疫情防控新闻发布会上，陈凯先表示，在治疗新冠肺炎新药的研究方面，上海正在组织优势力量，加快新药发现和研究的速度。他说，氯喹在体外研究中展示出了较好的抗新型冠状病毒活性，已被科技部、国家卫健委作为临床试验药物。
　　据透露，上海科技大学研究团队测定新型冠状病毒3CL水解酶(Mpro)高分率晶体结构，可以提供给药物研发的科技人员开展新药研究。中科院上海药物所攻关团队开展相关研究，以期快速发现活性化合物，突破新药发现速度的“瓶颈”。目前，相关团队已完成了新型冠状病毒体外评价模型的微量化，建立、优化了自动化筛选体系，并完成了4万样次化合物初步筛选。
　　陈凯先说，围绕着疫苗研究和开发，上海也正在积极推进，有些已经取得了进展。不过，他表示：“最后能不能成功，还需要一步步的研究结果来验证。”
