Aobao : (Chinese: 敖包 áobāo, literally "magnificent bundle" , i.e. shrine. Mongolian: ᠣᠪᠤᠭ᠎ᠠ , Ovoo, Oboo, Obo, meaning "heap"). The aobaos are heaps built with stones and tree branches, originally used as land marks for navigational purposes on the vast steppes.
