Chinese offer for Inter shares?

It’s reported Inter are considering a new Chinese offer just as negotiations with Erick Thohir were close to completion.

President Massimo Moratti has been in talks with Indonesian investor Thohir for several months and a deal was expected within days.

However, both Sky Sport Italia and La Repubblica claim this evening that a group of Chinese investors have made a counter-offer.

This is not the same group that made a previous proposal last year, but rather a different company eager to help build a new stadium.

Once again, it is not clear whether Moratti would retain the majority of the shares or have any role within the club at all.
