据日本 NHK (Japan Broadcasting Corporation) 的消息，日本眼下奇缺 IT 人才，今年 2 月份，每两个 IT 方面的工作只有 1 人申请。日本政府决定，在今后 5 年中，发放 6 万 (60,000) “绿卡” (residency )，从国外 (主要是亚洲国家) 招聘 IT 人才。具体措施是，自己申请，一旦批准，由日本政府和企业合资，资助申请人在日本上语言学校，上完语言学校后，由日本经贸与工业部 (The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan ) 帮你找工作。以下是 NHK 的原新闻搞。

Japan eyes new body to recruit Asian engineers

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan is set to create a new body to support students in Asia who are majoring in information technology. The organization will help them come to Japan to learn Japanese and to land jobs.

The Japanese IT industry is facing a serious shortage of engineers. In February, there were more than 2 job offers for every job seeker in the industry.

The ministry hopes to set up a new organization this summer to help students from Vietnam, India and other Asian countries study at language schools in Japan and find work after graduation.

Ministry officials say Asian companies are moving to take advantage of the increasing demand in Japan.

For example, a Vietnamese IT firm is considering sending 5,000 engineers to Japan over the next 3 years to have them study Japanese.

Officials say they hope to double the number of foreign IT workers in Japan to 60,000 by 2020 by providing them with residency status.
