近日，广东深圳的一名医学院学生突然在课堂上晕倒。发现该学生心脏骤停后，老师与同学第一时间对她进行心肺复苏按压抢救，并且进行了人工呼吸抢救，一场与死神的赛跑在教室里上演。


A student who fainted in the classroom was rescued by her classmates and teachers through the initiation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), which included chest compressions and artificial respiration.


8月28日是中山大学深圳校区开学首日。15点04分，一名医学院学生突然晕倒在课桌上。周围同学发现了异常，正在讲课的彭老师立即停止讲课，并招呼正在旁听的杨老师共同处理。


The incident occurred on August 28 when a medical school student from Sun Yat-sen University suddenly fainted in the classroom. Upon realizing that the student had suffered sudden cardiac arrest, the teacher and classmates promptly initiated CPR, combining chest compressions with artificial respiration.





15点05分，该同学已无法支撑身体，滑倒在地上。“是不是肚子痛？”，“会不会低血糖了？”，“最近有没有身体不舒服？”……


老师同学们紧张地询问，该同学开始还能含含糊糊地说话，一会儿就没有回应了。情况紧急，“打120！”





15点07分，大家已经感受不到晕倒学生的呼吸，考虑为心脏骤停。老师赶忙准备心肺复苏，同时让学生取AED（自动体外除颤器）。


15点08分，杨老师、彭老师与同学们合力为该学生开展心肺复苏，并且进行了人工呼吸抢救。





15点10分，同学取来AED，对该学生进行监测，并根据提示进行了1次除颤，后又持续进行心肺复苏。


At first, the student responded to the teacher and classmates' questions, but she gradually became unresponsive. Her classmates immediately called 120, while administering CPR and obtaining an automated external defibrillator (AED). They performed one defibrillation as prompted, followed by continued CPR.





15点13分，中山大学附属第七医院急救人员到达教室，马上进行现场紧急救治。经心肺复苏和除颤，该同学已恢复了呼吸心跳，随后被送到中山七院继续救治。


经过医治，该同学的病情逐步趋于平稳，慢慢恢复了意识。


中山七院急诊科副主任李玉杰介绍，“心脏骤停发生之后，早期急救对于后续恢复起着最为关键的作用。当时现场的救治是最为有效的”。


目前该同学恢复良好，已转到普通病房。





该同学的母亲对现场救治人员表达了感谢，“孩子从小到大都没有出现过这种状况，在这种偶然的情况下，能够及时且专业地把孩子抢救过来，真的很感谢他们”。


When the emergency responders arrived at the classroom, they also provided immediate on-site emergency treatment before the student was transferred to Zhongshan Seventh Hospital for further treatment. Currently, her condition is stable, and she has regained consciousness. The student's mother expressed her gratitude to the on-site emergency responders.


什么是AED？


AED的英文全称是Automatic External Defibrillator，也即“自动体外心脏除颤器”，它是一种医疗设备，用于抢救心脏骤停患者。
Short for "Automatic External Defibrillator," AED is a medical device used to rescue patients experiencing sudden cardiac arrest.





进行心肺复苏和利用AED等急救，抓住“黄金4分钟”非常关键。资料显示，心脏骤停超过4分钟，脑组织会发生永久性损害，超过10分钟就会脑死亡。
Performing CPR and utilizing an AED within the "golden 4 minutes" is crucial. Data indicates that if cardiac arrest lasts for more than 4 minutes, permanent brain damage can occur, and if it lasts for more than 10 minutes, brain death can result.


如果有人突然出现意识丧失、呼吸暂停、脉搏消失、昏迷不醒等情况，应该立即轻拍患者判断意识是否丧失，判断有无呼吸，通过颈动脉的搏动判断心跳是否停止。
If someone suddenly experiences loss of consciousness, cessation of breathing, absence of pulse, or unresponsiveness, it's essential to immediately tap the patient gently to assess their level of consciousness, check for breathing, and determine the presence of a pulse by feeling the carotid artery.
