a good PSU that does not blow out a lot of warm air (like green PSU blows out little or no warm air), with low noise. PSU should be minimum of 650W to avoid over draw.
If not, this could lead to system cooling running at full speed after few hours. Specially during the summer time, you do not want your HTPC making more noise than your receiver.
