老北京特色面食【懒龙】又叫肉龙,把懒省事儿进行到底
我分享的这个做懒龙(肉龙)的方法把操作工序更简化了一些,省去一开始长时间的发面等待,不要二次醒发,甚至第一次醒发也不完全。
