- 2 or 3 eggs - 4oz ground pork (chicken or beef) - 3 tbsp green onion - 1 tbsp red pepper 6park.comSeasoning - 1tsp salt (1/2tsp for eggs & 1/2tsp for meat) - 1/4 tsp white pepper - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tsp oyster sauce - 1/2 tsp sugar - 1tbsp wine - 3 tbsp veg oil - 1tbsp dark soy sauce - Some cornstarch water - Some sesame oil 6park.comCooking Directions - Chop white part onion for meat - Chop green part onion for garnish - Chop red pepper for garnish - Marinated meat with 1/2tsp salt /1/4 tsp white pepper/ 1 tsp oyster sauce/1/2 tsp sugar/1 tbsp wine /1 tbsp veg oil in bowl mix them well. - Make sauce, put 2 tbsp veg oil in wok at medium heat, add marinated meat , and add scallion / 1 tbsp dark soy sauce and some water stir them about 1 minute, add some cornstarch water, by the end add a few drop sesame oil, move out, ready for use. - Cut tofu into small cubes. - Crack 3 eggs in a big bowl, add ½ salt and 1 cup water, beat eggs well, and add tofu, stir lightly. - Steam egg and tofu from cold water at high heat about 20 minutes. - Pour meat sauce on egg and tofu bowl, use green onion and red pepper for garnish, ready for serving.
