Ingredients - 2-3 servings of dry noodles - Green beans about 1or 2 lb - Meat( pork /beef /chicken) about 1/2 lb - 1 tsp salt - 1.5 tbsp soy sauce - 1/2 tsp white pepper - 1/2 tsp sugar - 1 tbsp wine - 1 tbsp oyster sauce - 2 tsp sesame oil - 1 tbsp chopped ginger - 1 tbsp chopped scallion - 1 tbsp chopped garlic - 1.5 cup water 6park.comDirections 1. Boil noodles for 2 or 3 mins, wash with cold water and drain. Add 1 tsp sesame oil , mix well, set 10 mins, ready to use. 2. Clean and chop green beans /scallions/ ginger/garlic. 3. Chop/shred pork 4. Marinate the pork with1 tsp salt/1.5 tbsp soy sauce/1/2 tsp white pepper/1/2 tsp sugar /1 tbsp wine/1 tbsp oyster sauce/1 tsp sesame oil mix well, set about 15 mins. 5. Add 2 tbsp cooking oil in non stick wok at high -medium heat. 6. Add scallions/ gingers/garlics, then the meat, stir-fry about 2 mins. 7. Add green beans, mix together, cook for about 2 or 3 more minutes, then add 1.5 cup water, add the noodles slow cook for about 5-8 minutes covered with lid till liquids are soaked up. Ready to serve.
