Salmon salad 三文鱼沙拉 Recipe from Mama Liu's Kitchen: 6park.comIngredients - 4 or 6 ounce salmon fillets ,or salmon steak - Fresh salad veg & fruits - 2 tbsp olive oil - 2 tbsp red wine vinegar - 1 lemon ( freshly squeezed lemon juice) - 1 tsp minced garlic - 1/4 or more tsp salt - 1or more tsp fresh ground black pepper - 1 tbsp honey - 1 tsp sesame seed
Directions - Wash and chop all fresh salad vegetables and fruits . - Clean & dry up salmon. - Pan-fried the salmon with fresh lemon juice, some salt and black pepper ,each side fried about 6 or more minutes at medium heat . Move out the bone and skin. Ready to use . - Make salad dressing with 2 tbsp olive oil / 2 tbsp red wine vinegar/ some fresh ground black pepper /1tbsp honey /a pinch salt /1 tsp minced garlic/ 1 tsp sesame seed /1 tsp fresh lemon juice in a bowl , mixing them well. - Add all vegetables and fruits in a big bowl , pour salad dressing in, mix ing them well and ready to serve .
