You all tell me one truth, law means benefit of person, even goverment law system just care what is the benefit  of the person they wanted to protect. Whatever this benefit is the right to bully other people for free or the right to protect a person not to be bullyed. There is no justice. And the magistrate, judge can decide the case according to his feeling. My friends told me they will not feel surprise I fail my case, but I ecause I complained my fence order case will last three years. The Magistrate will feel upset and I will fail. The Magistrate decide I has no right to clarify my property then the police can know where is my property and then they can stop criminal. . My neighbor and her relatives claimed my land without any evidence, and they told me to build the fence according to their requirement. I has no right to protect my legal private property. My neighbor can claim and occupy my land for free because they are aboriginal so west Australian law system support them whatever they did wrong things or not. Since legal aid gave my neighbor three years free lawyer team, my neighbor suddenly study with someone and she can shout at me, fuck you back to your country, a 80more years old woman suddenly know how to be racism. She wrote on her affadavit that she heard  I was high level of Chinese navy.  6park.com
The Magistrate said yesterday he didn't believe the dividing boundary  fence can solve our problem. So what he think can solve the problem. Do I must protect myself by my hands? Then she die I go to jail. Is this result the west Australian law system wanted to see.  6park.com

My neighbor can bully me until she die, because legal aid will support her until she die I believe, legal aid support her to bully me, West Australian law system support her. She  and her relatives can bully me for free because I am so poor to afford a best layer to fight with legal aid lawyers team. I already see five different legal aid lawyer support my neighbor. Could legal aid tell me why legal aid use so much energy to support her, if she was punished for wrong reason? Does these cases related with her life? The Magistrate and district court judge all accepted her gp report that she has dementia and her gp can not show she ever has relative history before gp report. Even her specialist doctor said she doesn't has demintia.  6park.com
The Magistrate has right not to obey the correct processing. I was deprived the legal right because I am so poor to afford a best lawyer. There is no set aside order but my case was set aside.  6park.com
The Magistrate on 04/02/2022 hearing can asked us to take away face mask on the court when west Australian goverment tell allpeople should wear face mask in room.  6park.com
