I've been training consistently for the past 6 months and tracking my macros with Myfitness Pal. I feel like I'm too obsessed with tracking everything I eat. Compounded by this, I've been in a caloric deficits with general macros bring 200 carbs, 170 protein and 50 fat. 6park.comEveryone around me is telling me that I've become more irritable, less energized , depressed and fatigued. I admit, I do feel all of these things... 6park.comNow, that I am starting my graduate school, which is extremely demanding, I am having a hard time keeping up with tracking/training/working/studying... 6park.comAny tips?
