Preparation: - Chop garlic and cilantro. - Cut each tomato into small pieces (remove the stems). - Put 1/4 tsp salt into the egg bowl and beat eggs well. - Add 2 tbsp vegetable oil into medium heat wok, and add the eggs, scramble the eggs and remove form the wok, put in side bowl. - Add 1 tsp vegetable oil into the wok, medium/high heat, add garlic, then add tomatoes /1/2 tsp salt/1/2 tsp sugar/1/4 tsp white pepper/1tsp soy sauce, stir-fry, put eggs in , and add 1 cup water, stir for minute.
