Ingredients
- 12 prawns
- 1/2 head broccoli
- 4 piece garlic
- 4 scallion head
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper corn
- 1 star anise
- 1tbsp cooking wine
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1 or 2 cup cooking oil 6park.com

Directions
- Make salad oil with 4 scallion heads / 4 piece garlic /1 tsp peppercorn /1 star anise, boil 1 or 2 cup cooking oil, pour in the spice bowl, ready to use.Left over may use other salad dish .
- Clean up, marinated shrimp with 1/4 tsp salt /1tbsp wine/ 1/4tsp pepper, rest about 15 mins.
- Boil or steam shrimp not over 1 minute, draining , in ice water about 5 mins, drain and dry ,ready to use.
- Clean and wash broccoli with 1/2 tsp salt in water for about 5 mins .
- Boil or steam broccoli with 1tsp oil , about 2 mins , drain and rinse with cold water, then put in ice water about 5 mins, drain and dry ,ready to use.
- Put shrimp & broccoli in a big bowl, with a pinch salt /2 tbsp salad oil, mixing well, ready for serving.
