1. Xiao’er Bulake : meaning "Salty Spring" in Uighur, a small town of less than 10000 population in Northern Xinjiang, founded by the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in 1952. It is well-known for its aromatic rice wines due to the unique minerals in the snowmelt runoff used in fermenting. 6park.com
肖尔 布拉克 ：维语，肖尔=咸，布拉克=泉水。即碱泉，是北疆一个不到一万人口的小镇，属伊犁哈萨克自治州新源县。小镇虽名不见经传，却有着深厚的红色文化底蕴，因1984年一部同名电影而出名，更因为 “红军团” 和 “伊力特白酒” 而被人们熟知。小镇坐落于天山南脉和北脉之间风光秀美的巩乃斯河谷，北面巩乃斯草原，西望伊宁，东接那拉提草原。这里雪山圣洁，河流纯净，水草丰茂。 小镇四周林带纵横，绿树成荫，田畴阡陌，牛羊成群，一派物阜人丰的和谐繁盛景象。这里纯净的天山冰川融水和独特的地质矿物成分，提供了肖尔布拉克白酒独特的酿酒水源，于1955年由建设兵团酿制出第一锅白酒。在新疆民间有个说法，“新疆的好酒在伊犁，伊犁的好酒在肖尔布拉克”。
